My name is Meghan Sandve and I am an online health coach and trainer dedicated to helping women just like you! For over a decade I thought the only way to get the body I dreamed of was to devote hours to the treadmill and eat as little as possible. Turns out I was doing everything wrong.
When I finally made the space to work through my toxic relationship with food and body image, I discovered how to work out in a way that got results, eat food that nourished my mind and body, and found peace with myself. And I’m here to share it all with you.
