FIVE-DAY FIT & FIERCE CHALLENGE
Day 5: Full Body Blast
Today’s workout is AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible). You will can select 15, 20, or 25 minutes. You will perform each move for the designated number of reps then move to the next exercise. The goal is to complete as many reps as possible in the time you have selected. Rest as needed.

- Surrender Squats 10 Reps
- Sumo Squat Press 10 Reps
- Plank Jacks 20 Reps
- Lateral Raises 10 Reps
- Over Head Lunges 10 Reps/Leg
- In-Out Squat Jumps 20 Reps
